Terms of Service
How it works ...
- Registration is free. Only registered users can buy and sell on eNetJob.
- Jobs on eNetJob are offered for a multiple prices from $5 to $100.
- Buyers pay eNetJob for orders in advance.
- eNetJob credits seller's account once an order is complete.
- You may not offer or accept payments using any method other than placing an order through eNetJob.com Jobs should be ordered using the 'Order Now' button.
- Buyers are granted all rights for the delivered work, unless otherwise specified by the seller in the job description.
Sellers
Basics
- Each job you sell and successfully deliver eNetJob credits your account with a net revenue of 80% and eNetJob 20%.
- Buyers pay eNetJob for orders in advance.
- eNetJob credits seller's account once an order is complete.
- Sellers may withdraw their revenues to a PayPal account of their choice.
- If an order is cancelled (for any reason), the seller's revenues are returned to the buyer.
- Seller's rating is calculated based on feedback received from buyers, amount of orders cancelled and late deliveries.
Handling orders
- When a buyer orders a job, the seller gets notified by Email.
- Sellers are required to meet the delivery duration they specified when creating their job. Failing to do so will permit the buyer to cancel the order and will reduce the seller's rating.
- Both buyers and sellers have the option to cancel an order by mutual agreement. Doing so has no negative effect on either party.
- A Seller may cancel an order at any given moment. However, canceling an order has a negative effect on the seller's rating.
Privacy and guidelines
- Sellers' and buyers' identities are kept anonymous. To protect our users' privacy, requesting or providing Email addresses, Skype/IM usernames or any other personal contact details is not permitted for any reason.
- All communications, information and files exchange should be performed exclusively using eNetJob messaging system.
- Posting or sending illegal, adult, rude, abusive, copyright protected, promotional, spam, violent, rubbish or any harmful things will result in your account being blocked permanently. Please click here for detailed Privacy Policy.
Work delivery & communications
- You are responsible to scan all transferred files for viruses and malware. eNetJob will not be responsible for any damages that might occur due to site usage, use of content or files transferred.
- Sellers must deliver completed files and/or proof of work using the 'Deliver Completed Work' tab (located in the Order Page).
- Once work is delivered, the buyer has three days to respond. After that time, the order will be marked as complete.
Withdrawing revenues
- Withdrawing revenues requires having a valid PayPal account. Please make sure that your PayPal account can receive incoming payments.
- Once your order has been marked as completed, you have access to all of your money within 48hrs. This is our payment guarantee and just one of the reasons that more people use us.
- No minimum Payout
- PayPal's transfer fees amount to 2% of the total withdrawal sum, and up to a maximum of $1. Withdrawing $50 or more in one go will save you a little cash.
- Withdrawals are final and cannot be undone. We will not be able to refund or change this process once it has begaun.
Buyers
Ordering
- Jobs may be purchased using a Credit Card or PayPal.
- Once payment is confirmed, your order will be created.
- If you have a positive balance of $3 or more, it will be used automatically when placing a new order.
- As a buyer, your identity is kept anonymous at all times. To protect your privacy, avoid requesting or providing Email addresses, Skype/IM usernames or any other personal contact information.
- You may not offer or pay using any method of payment other than eNetJob.
- You may not pay other users directly using their PayPal account. In case you have been asked to use an alternative payment method, please report it immediately.
- Avoid filing a dispute or reversing a payment through PayPal or your bank. Doing so may get your account blocked.
- In case of a problem, always try and work things out with the seller. If you need further assistance, contact our customer support.
- Order cancellations (when eligible) can be done by customer support only up to a period of 10 days from order completion date. We will not be able to cancel orders after that time.
Important: When a buyer buys a job, which delivers physically, the buyer will be required to provide a shipping address. The Seller will be responsible for all shipping arrangements once the Buyer supplies the shipping address. eNetJob does not handle or guarantee shipping, tracking, quality and condition of items or their delivery and shall not be responsible or liable for any damages or other problems caused, directly or indirectly, from delivered items and their shipping.
- Violation of eNetJob Terms of Service may get your account permanently blocked.
- Sellers will be able to withdraw their revenues from blocked accounts after a safety period of 45 to 90 days, depending on block reason, from day of last cleared payment received in their account and subject to eNetJob approval..
- eNetJob reserves the right to put any account on hold or permanently cancel accounts due to misbehavior. Users with accounts on hold will not be able to sell or buy on eNetJob.
- eNetJob may make changes to its Terms of Service from time to time. When these changes are made, eNetJob will make a new copy of the Terms of Service available on this page.
Disputes
- We encourage our buyers and sellers to try and settle conflicts amongst themselves. If for any reason this fails, users can contact eNetJob customer support department Here.
- eNetJob will not refund payments made for cancelled orders back to PayPal. Refunds are made to the buyer's balance and are made available for future purchases on eNetJob.
